Executive Summary
Gonka is a decentralized AI compute network running on Proof of Work 2.0. Almost all of the GPU work on the network goes to real AI workloads like inference and training, not arbitrary hashing. Mainnet is live, Qwen3-235B inference is in production, and the network has pulled together compute capacity equal to roughly 11,000 H100 GPUs in under a year.
The product is solid. The problem is positioning. Gonka's audience today is heavily Russian-speaking, and global AI developers don't know the project the way they know Bittensor, Render, Akash, or io.net. Decentralized AI compute is one of the loudest categories in 2026, and Gonka is fighting for the same builder attention without the same brand reach.
The plan runs in three phases. Phase 1 builds global awareness and educates the AI developer audience outside CIS markets. Phase 2 activates builders through a hackathon program and paid acquisition. Phase 3 takes the network usage built up in Phases 1 and 2 and turns it into real GNK demand.
